Our insurance allows us to walk a maximum of six dogs at any one time. The safety and wellbeing of every dog in our care is always our priority, which is why each dog is provided with their own personalised identification tag displaying our contact details, should they ever wander further away than expected. For our more adventurous pups, we can also provide a tracking device at the beginning of their walk, offering an additional level of reassurance and peace of mind. We are committed to providing a safe, responsible and well-managed service. If required, proof of the full hour-long walk can also be provided, giving you complete confidence that your dog has received the time and exercise promised.
Every dog travelling with us has their own individual crate within our fully equipped, air-conditioned van. We believe that every dog should have their own dedicated space while travelling. This allows them to journey comfortably and safely without being required to remain in close proximity to other dogs. Having separate spaces also helps us maintain a calm, secure and well-managed environment throughout the journey, ensuring every dog can travel with as little stress as possible.

Yes! Our team has experience caring for a wide variety of animal species, including exotic and farm animals. Lili has gained valuable hands-on experience working with animals in both zoo and farm environments, developing a strong understanding of animal care, behaviour and welfare across a range of species. Phoebe has developed her experience through advocating for the welfare of domestic pets during her time at Pets at Home, alongside her volunteering experience. Together, we bring a broad range of knowledge, practical experience and a genuine passion for animal welfare.
